For RoE, put the duct tape file in the RoE folder.

For non-RoE, perhaps try renaming the pk4 file to a higher number (so that it doesn't overwrite anything in there).

Glen, Thanks for the help/suggestion. I was having the same problems as the others since updating doom/expansion pack. I wasen't interested in the mods for lights on all weapons, hence I liked this one best. I renamed it to 007 and it's working fine. Thanks for the help!!!

The best is to rename the pak008.pk4 archive to zzz_ducttape.pk4 so in this way the .pk4 archive will not conflict with any other official Doom3 or ROE .pk4 archive either into both base and/or into d3xp folders, also the renamed zzz_ducttape.pk4 archive will have the highest priority, so it will run fine on both D3 base folder and/or ROE d3xp folder, and of course in both latest D3 patches, like v1.3.0 and v1.3.1, ok ! :D
