Yes I have several NP TrackIRs. However, I was curious as to see how this would pan out. So I took my Compaq HP laptop, my old Creative Labs CT6840 Web Blaster3 web cam, the latest Freelook driver, an keychain single red LED flash light (pen light), and gave it a shot.

Well the manual and instructions are pretty spartan. So I had to play around with it until the unmovable image in the X-Y plane would work. First of all, I had to turn off the Web Blaster Monitor as it was interferring with Freelook being communicated to by the camera. Then I moved the threshold on the GENERAL tab almost to the right, and set up the Falcon keys to Home and End for starters.

Then I got out my pen LED light and it worked fine. Dont know how it will work "in game" yet, as this is not my gaming PC.

Uhh, "Spartan"? What does that mean... Oh, wait, nvm, I figured it out, lol yep it is. So yeah, when I start up freelook it brings up that menu and everything, then I set the keys and everything, but when I saved the profile and closed out, the keys did nothing and the mouse didn't react to anything. I entered the program again, the cam's little LED came on, and tried again while still in freelook. Still nothing! I know my cameras picking up a pretty high contrast (its modded to see in IR... Thanks to this guy for the tutorial http://www.checksix.nl/articles/headtracking.asp), but its still not working. So how exactly do I get it to do its thing? And what are the various tabs for? I'm still unclear on how the user interface is set up...
