i am having problems setting freelook up with lock on. i can get the mouse to move but i cannot get my view to change inside lomac. also, what do i need to change to get the mouse to be a little bit smoother? and is it supposed to return to the same position when my head returns? thank you

Just noticed about Freelook... not yet able to make it work but thanks to anyone who is working on this fantastic project!!!
Got the same problem with Lomac 1.2: I can move pilot's head with the mouse but my head doesen't seem to give any imput. Is there a key to press in Lomac to start the head traking? What am I missing?

hello, im not sure about lock on but i think you need to configure your joystick for freelook,
load freelook/ go to profile tab click on configure joystick, there are two keys to set..one for toggle view the other for reseting the view, you can turn down the sensitivity on the profile tab too, now load your game and when your ready press the reset key on your joystick then the toggle key and it should work.

Thanks Messiah! I didn't try it yet but it sounds like the right tip! I think I missed that spot on the profile tab... should I buy a pair of glasses or is it all because of the triky graphic layout???:)

lol i dont think you need glasses,.....i didnt figure it out right away. when you do get it working you might want to attach a bright red LED light to a hat and mess about with the threshold (on the general tab) till all you can see is the LED.....it works so much better!!!
